On the 11th of July Paul Cowper attended Sutton House. I would like you to know how impressed I was by his competence, his speed of work and by the interest he displayed during the time it took. Mr Cowper struck me as an excellent operator and a great asset to your organisation. Seldom, it seems these days; I have the opportunity to commend the effort of others.
